The Committee’s primary purpose is to make recommendations to the Board of Directors, when requested, on matters pertaining to the Rules and Regulation, and any governing documents of The Colony that the Board of Directors may seek input and/or recommendations by the Committee.

The committee typically meets on the 4th Friday of each month.
