The Colony News magazine is the official source for information on what's happening in The Colony. This publication is mailed to each residence at the end of each month with information pertaining to the following months.

The Colony Communications and Technology Committee (CATCOM) assists the HOA Board of Directors by performing audio visual functions and broadcasting live Board meetings, various HOA public meetings, Club presentations and Club events.
The recordings are stored online for those who couldn't watch or attend the meeting. Please refer to the HOA Recorded Events or the individual Club page. The HOA Board meetings are only available online until the minutes are approved by the Board. Once the minutes of the meeting have been approved, the videos are taken down.
