In collaboration with the HOA’s Landscape Superintendent and Assistant Landscape Superintendent, the LAC works in an advisory capacity to oversee the quality of the work performed by the contracted landscape maintenance company and provide input as to landscape conditions, plant and tree health, and irrigation issues, including water use and cost.  The LAC provides input in the annual budget for operational and landscaping costs. 

When requested by the Board, the LAC participates in the evaluation of bids from landscape contractors, and provides input on the overall performance and effectiveness of the current landscape maintenance contractor during the contract renewal period and/or negotiations.

The committee typically meets on the 2nd Monday of the month
