Proper Gate Entrance Procedure

Entrance at all resident gates is permitted by the resident vehicle transponder ONLY. If upon arrival the entrance barrier is down/closed, the vehicle should continue through the first stop sign and proceed to the one directly in front of the gate, or to the point that the barrier automatically goes up. In the event that a vehicle is already waiting at, or just passed through the gate, then all following vehicles must wait at the first stop sign indicator until the gate barrier drops behind the preceding vehicle. MOVING FORWARD BEFORE THAT EVENT IS A DANGEROUS AND ILLEGAL USE OF THE GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE. THE BARRIER MUST BE ALLOWED TO CLOSE IMMEDIATELY AFTER EACH ENTRANCE.
