The ACC has the authority and duty to apply the Architectural Standards and Guidelines to all Home Improvement Applications, requiring Committee approval that have been properly submitted by residents for proposed improvements to individual lots. The Committee is responsible to assure that, prior to approving an application, all plans are in conformance with and are harmonious to the exterior design and existing materials of the homes within The Colony. The ACC considers and acts upon all plans and specifications submitted for its review and approval, and is responsible for inspecting the completed individual homeowner construction projects to ensure conformance with the approved plans.
